Currently within the United States only.

How fast will my order arrive?
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days of purchase.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery in Kansas City?
Yes! Local KC customers can choose pickup or delivery at checkout.

Orders & Returns

What's your return policy?
Because our drinks are made fresh in small batches, we're not able to accept returns on opened or perishable items. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll make it right.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Contact us at giladiherbals@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund.

Build Your Own Bundle

How do I choose my flavors for a bundle?
Leave your flavor selections in the Order Notes at checkout (e.g. "4x Cherry & Pineapple, 4x Lavender Lemonade"). If no note is left, we'll select flavors for you.

Can I include Detox or specialty drinks in a bundle?
No — detox/specialty drinks aren't available for bundle packages.

Yes — every bottle is small-batch crafted right here in Kansas City using real, plant-powered ingredients.
